4. How to request a record
Use the prescribed form (Form 2) available from the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za, and send it to the information officer. Fees prescribed under PAIA may apply.
5. Your POPIA rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing, by contacting the information officer. You may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
