These terms apply to your use of skorskips.co.za and the Skor customer account (“the website”), operated by Skor Skips (Pty) Ltd. By using the website you agree to them. They are published as required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

We keep prices, sizes and service information up to date, but they may change. The price confirmed for your booking is the price that applies. Illustrations of skips are drawn to scale as a guide and are approximate. The size finder gives an estimate, not a guarantee of fit.
3. Requests and bookings
Submitting a form or a request through your account is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our skip hire terms and conditions apply to every booking.
4. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password private and use the account only for your own or your company’s bookings. We may suspend an account that is misused.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false requests or copy its content for commercial use.
6. Intellectual property
The Skor Skips name, logo, text, drawings and design belong to Skor Skips or its licensors. The website was built by Triton Networking Technology.
7. Links and third parties
The website links to WhatsApp, maps and other services we do not control. Their own terms apply.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, from it being unavailable, or from errors in its content. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or section 48 of ECTA.
